Your Role

Take responsibility for and manage logistics implementation projects of medium/large scale for NEW or existent customers as per the needs of the business. Evaluation of Organization, Milestone plans, StartUpCosts for RFQ response or Customer offer

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and lead medium sized projects according to CTI methodology
• Manage the daily execution and workload of the project team by ensuring that the deliverables/objectives are defined, agreed and delivered to schedule
• Communicate project progress, issues, escalations and facilitate resolutions where required
• Challenge the project status / - Manage customer expectations
• Lead internal / external workshops and deliver customer presentations
• Responsible for project analysis and related decision making (e.g. Go / No Go decision, StartUpCost budgeting and controlling)
• Responsible for setting the Project Strategy (e.g. structure, set up, scope)

Your Skills and Experiences

• Excellent use of Excel
• Specific Know-How Implementation Project Management
• Contract Logistics Experience
• Time planning even in situations of high stress.
• Resource planning and contingency coordination
• Good English level
• Strong team player. Strong ability to manage and motivate virtual teams
• 2 years Experience of customer facing
• Ability to communicate at all levels, to escalate effectively, to delegate
