Nail Technician

Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients' preferences. Applying artificial nails. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients. Evaluating the condition of clients' nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments. High school diploma Nail Technician qualification. Proven experience working as a nail technician. In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques. The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time. Detail-orientated and patient. Excellent hand-eye coordination. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Reliable transport
From time to time, it may be needed, but is not limited to

Greet customers who enter the store.

Answer queries and handle customer complaints, sending them to management if necessary.

Deal with customer refunds.

Receive, process, and organise deliveries.

Process cash and card payments.

Assist customers with their needs.

Additionally

Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors

Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves

Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.

Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till

Addressing customer complaints and inquiries

Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers

Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.

Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R6000,00 - R8000,00 per month
