Our Company requires Call Centre Agents for Different Services. These positions require candidates who are committed to delivering extraordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers. The ideal person will also be responsible for ensuring effective customer liaison interactions and dispute resolution. The ideal person should be able to work in shifts, be committed and dedicated and work in a highly disciplined environment. Roles and Key Responsibilities • Effective customer liaison and query resolution • Excellent listener, able to analyse and interpret information • Ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained and problems solved in a professional manner • Capacity to identify and respond to the others needs of customers timorously • Capacity to clearly present information, either written or verbal • Ensuring the optimal alignment of employee behavior with the organisation’s vision and values Skills and Qualification Grade 10-12 or an equivalent Training will be available to all those without Experience and Qualifications.
