Key Responsibilities:
Cinematic Storytelling:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of our hero visual narratives. This includes crafting high-fidelity 3D product renders, sophisticated motion graphics, and directing the cinematic language of our brand films. You will own the moments that create lasting impressions.
Technical Artistry & Innovation:
Act as our guide to the future of visual creation. Master and integrate emerging AI tools (Sora, Google VEO, Midjourney) not just for efficiency, but to unlock new creative territories. You will develop the prototypes that show us what's next.
Aesthetic Guardianship:
Uphold and elevate the standard of visual excellence. You are the final checkpoint for quality, ensuring every piece of motion content feels intentional, on-brand, and emotionally resonant.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Your portfolio is a testament to your technical mastery and, more importantly, your taste. It showcases a sophisticated visual language across 3D, motion, and video.
You are fluent in the tools of your craft (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender/Cinema 4D) and are already exploring the creative potential of generative AI. Experience with high-fidelity video models like Sora or VEO is a major plus.
You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience shaping the aesthetic of discerning brands, either in-house or at a creative agency.
You possess a quiet confidence in your creative vision and the ability to work autonomously, managing complex projects with meticulous care.
You are a self-starter, motivated by an innate drive to master your craft. Your growth comes from a deep curiosity and the desire to create exceptional work, not from external validation.
You are an innovator by nature, eager to get your hands dirty and experiment to create what hasn't been seen before.
This is an in-office role, and candidates must be able to commute to our headquarters in Cape Town, Western Cape.
