Job Description

We are hiring a talented Multimedia Content Designer to join our creative team. If you are dynamic, creative, passionate about storytelling, and love dogs, then this role is for you!
This position is ideal for a junior creative who is eager to grow in motion design, video production, graphic design, and digital content creation while gaining hands-on agency experience.
Responsibilities
Motion Graphics

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for web, social media, digital advertising, and other digital platforms
• Optimise and adapt motion content for various formats and specifications (Instagram Reels, YouTube, display ads, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop visually compelling content aligned with client objectives
• Conceptualise, storyboard, and execute engaging motion graphics that drive performance (engagement, CTR, conversions)
• Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia projects

Graphic & Visual Design

• Design eye-catching visuals for digital and print: social media posts, web banners, infographics, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
• Create and maintain brand assets and ensure consistency across all design output
• Translate ideas and strategies into strong visual concepts
• Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production
• Support the development of branding and campaign identity systems

Visual Production & Editing

• Edit video projects from raw footage to final cut
• Assist with photography and video shoots when required
• Design static assets to support campaigns (banners, presentations, social content)
• Ensure all visuals meet quality standards and deadlines

Creative Development

• Stay informed on industry trends, especially in stop-motion and animation
• Experiment with new techniques, materials, and styles
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, animators, and content strategists
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and care for equipment

Digital Marketing Awareness

• Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and content optimisation
• Awareness of social media KPIs and performance-driven content
• Familiarity with web publishing and buyer persona research

Qualifications

• Previous digital marketing experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing, design, business, journalism, PR, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with CapCut, Hootsuite, and HubSpot is an advantage
• Experience with stop motion, 2D animation, and mixed media workflows
• Photography and videography skills
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and CMS platforms
• Understanding of SEO and online content ranking principles

• Assist with developing and managing social media strategies
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
• Monitor and respond to community engagement
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports
• Assist with paid social advertising optimisation
• Coordinate with influencers and partners when required
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and identity
• Support general office administration and daily operations
