About the Role: Junior Video & Graphics Editor (Full-Time, Remote)
As a Junior Video & Graphics Editor, you'll be at the forefront of creating compelling ad content for e-commerce brands and other clients. From brainstorming creative concepts to final delivery, you'll work with our Lead Creative Marketer to tell stories that resonate with audiences--ultimately driving sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
What You'll Do

• Video Editing: Craft engaging video ads using Adobe Premiere (After Effects a plus), ensuring each piece meets the client's goals and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Graphic Design: Support with static designs in Photoshop (and possibly Illustrator) for social media ads, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team--including our account managers and media buyers--to translate client objectives into visually captivating ad campaigns.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on emerging video and design trends, especially in e-commerce marketing, to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Quality Control & Organization: Maintain high standards for all deliverables and manage project files and timelines effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Chops: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop; bonus if you have experience in After Effects or other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Creative Spark: A keen eye for storytelling and aesthetics. You're obsessed with experimenting and fine-tuning to make every asset pop.
