Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Multi Model Controller to join our client and oversee the import and export operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation, as well as experience in managing various modes of transportation such as road, sea, and air.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all import and export activities to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize costs and minimize delivery times
- Manage relationships with transportation providers, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations and policies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to import and export activities
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in transportation and logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in import and export operations
- Strong understanding of transportation modes and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
