We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Moving Services Specialist to engage with customers who have expressed a need for moving services. This role focuses on supporting customers who have already expressed a need for moving services, including removals, storage, and van hire.
You'll be responsible for explaining the benefits of our trusted service partners and ensuring referrals are progressed smoothly and accurately. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can build rapport, clearly explain options, and help customers move forward with their enquiry while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers who have expressed a need for moving-related services, including removals, storage, and van hire.
Clearly explain the benefits of using our trusted service partners and guide customers through the referral process.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications to progress referrals successfully.
Capture customer details and service requirements accurately to support a smooth onward experience.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records on the CRM system, logging interactions, updates, and outcomes.
Liaise with service partners to ensure referrals are progressed efficiently and service
expectations are met.
Follow up on referrals as needed to support timely responses and successful
completion.
Escalate queries or issues in line with internal processes to protect customer experience.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the referral journey.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain service options clearly and build rapport with customers.
Customer-focused approach with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience working with referrals, partnerships, or service-led sales environments.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working with UK partners and clients.
Familiarity with the removals, logistics, storage, or home services sector.
Experience working towards referral, conversion, or quality-based targets.
Salary: R15,000 max - negotiable on experience, with access to a commission structure.
Please note that this is an onsite role based in Foreshore, Cape Town - no hybrid available.
UK Hours will be applicable
