Purpose of the job
Reporting into the Head of Global Business Applications you will build and transformation modern work strategies with our functions, collaborating across different groups on the planning, orchestration, and execution of end-to-end Employee Experience throughout the proficient use of our Microsoft applications, including but not limited to MS Office Applications, Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint and Power Apps. MS Office Applications, and their associated offerings, Next Generation Windows Experiences, as well as Copilot to deepen modern worker end-to-end expertise. In terms of the "building work" play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for our end users through the user of Power Platforms, one key area being utilisation of Power Automate with the goal of streamlining processes, increase operational efficiency, using Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Form part of / contribute to development of the roadmap and strategy across GBS workplace applications.
Recommend / implement a strategy for employee experience applications including Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, Power Apps and Reporting applications.
Develop use cases to align with the business for usage of Co-Pilot AI for the MS Applications Suite and in turn build low-code concepts and patterns that allow creation of scalable, robust, and efficient solutions.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, project managers and stakeholders to plan Modern Work opportunities
Providing guidance, training, technical support, documentation and development across applications in GBS
Understanding the business and improving / developing solutions to support insight and efficiency.
Integrate existing systems with Power Automate to automate processes and workflows
Automate Windows-based, browser-based, and terminal-based applications that are time-consuming or contain repetitive processes using a mix of approaches like UI, API, and database automation
Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps and Power Automate features and trends
Review of modern workplace trends / technologies and staying informed of new features and functionality
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree is a plus.
Expert knowledge of MS Applications including Office 365, Viva Engage, Glint, SharePoint, Power Apps, Co-Pilot
Next Generation Windows Experiences as well as Mac Operating Systems
Good knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
Microsoft accredited Certification desirable but not essential
Experience of succeeding with a deadline driven in a high-volume business environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organisation.
High level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
