Job Description


Job Summary Purpose of Role:

  • Manage end to end employee mobility programs.
  • Partner with South African businesses to support for pension and medical aid governance and administration.
  • Support optimised HR functional excellence minimum standards.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or HR.
  • Min 4 to 6 years business partnering and/or mobility experience.
  • Min 3 years as a Mobility Practitioner.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Partner with HR Managers and/or HR Heads to manage the end-to-end mobility process, including:
  • initiating assignments
  • co-ordinating documentation
  • facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external immigration vendors to prepare and submit immigration applications, work permits, visas, and other required documents for the Group.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of Global mobility processes.
  • Implement and administer Global mobility policies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date mobility-related data, tracking assignments, expenses, and compliance documents & generate regular reports on mobility metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing expert guidance on international mobility matters, including immigration, taxation, compensation, benefits, and cultural integration.
  • Facilitate the execution of a responsive and reliable pension administration service for Group & pension funds (may be required to serve as a Trustee on pension fund board/s).
  • Provide guidance to South Africa HR teams on pension and medical aid challenges.
  • Support the development and implementation of the pension administration policies, tools, governance and minimum standards.
  • Monitor and report on pension and benefits insights and recommendations across the business.
  • Facilitate the execution of a responsive and reliable pension and benefit service.
  • Manage stakeholder relationship with regards to Group pension, risk and medical aid.
  • Promote and adhere to company SHERQ procedure, policy and guidelines.
