Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Telecommunications Architect with a specialization in Mobile Networks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing our mobile network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. The Network Telecommunications Architect will play a key role in shaping the future of our mobile network architecture and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mobile network architecture requirements based on business objectives and industry standards.
• Design and develop end-to-end mobile network solutions, including radio access network (RAN), core network, and backhaul, considering factors such as capacity, coverage, and quality of service.
• Conduct network capacity planning and optimization to ensure efficient utilization of resources and support future growth.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance the mobile network performance and customer experience.
• Lead the implementation of mobile network projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Perform network performance analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and guidelines related to mobile network architecture and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile telecommunications.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile telecommunications, with a focus on network architecture and design.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile network technologies such as 4G LTE, 5G, and beyond.
• Experience with mobile network planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Actix, MATLAB).
• Strong understanding of IP networking, protocols, and security principles.
• Proficiency in network simulation and modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in leading mobile network projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, 5G certifications are a plus.
