If you love the buzz of sales, the energy of the road, and leading a powerhouse team, iKhokha's Mobile Store Manager role is calling.

So, what will you do?



You will be responsible for managing the iKhokha Mobile store, overseeing branch profit and loss, and ensuring effective territory and route management within the designated region. This involves driving sales and activation ratios, implementing and managing outbound marketing activities, and creating revenue-generating opportunities. You will be responsible to lead a team of three field agents, managing their routes and performance to maximize impact. Upholding the iKhokha brand is of utmost importance and strengthening our presence across the region through high quality customer engagements is key to the success of this role. In addition to the above, you will:



Be accountable for the performance of field agents. Responsible for mobile store P&L's. Sales. Customer service. Responsible for maintaining relationships linked to the mobile store. Call cycle adherence. Interview, recruit, and train new staff. Implement Performance management processes to ensure that new staff thrive and targets are met. First level HR and IR skills. Monitor productivity of staff daily as per company requirement. Manage productivity against structured call cycles. Responsible for mobile store stock management. Weekly stock takes and cycle counting. Maintain asset register of mobile store equipment. Maintain asset register of all branding materials. Ability to perform recons where required. Management of travel related costs. Ensuring adequate maintenance of the mobile store within the employees area of control. Report back to internal stakeholders weekly/monthly on store performance. Share ad hoc survey results with necessary internal stakeholders. Feedback on general mobile-store activity. Provide recons as and when required based on field activity. Facilitate vehicle checks weekly. Report in required market insights within the designated area.


Qualifications



National Senior Certificate (Matric) required. National Diploma in related field of sales and marketing (advantageous).

Deal Breakers:




Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or sales operations as well as staff management with the following:

Valid driver's license

essential. +2 years in route management and planning for field sales agents. +1 years of working within an informal market. Strong commercial skills and business acumen, with the ability to execute against sales, marketing and customer service targets. Strong interpersonal and people management skills with proven ability to coach and energise direct reports in a sales environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak both

English and isiZulu

.

In addition to the above, the experience in the following technologies, domains and best practices will make you a frontrunner for the role:



Territory or Field management experience advantageous Experience within Informal-market; banking branch, cellular retail, FMCG or Alcohol industries is advantageous. MS Office Proficiency.
