Namola is Hiring: Telesales Agent

As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and helping us bring peace of mind to more people.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Namola's products and services. Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits of the Namola application and our subscription packages. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in a telesales or a similar sales atleast 2 years. A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer programs. A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection. High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification is a plus.
