Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a

Mobile Technical Sales Representative

. This is a multi-faceted role that combines logistics, technical skill, and sales. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for collecting orders in Kempton Park, delivering products, assisting customers with new orders, and performing basic on-site watch maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics:

Daily travel to Kempton Park to collect stock and customer orders.

Customer Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing a professional brand experience.

Technical Support:

Perform basic "while-you-wait" watch repairs (e.g., battery changes, strap adjustments, link removals). Training will be provided.

Sales & Admin:

Assist customers in placing new orders using smartphone apps and computer systems.

Field Representation:

Maintain a clean, professional presence while visiting various client locations.

Vehicle Requirements (Strict)

To ensure your profitability and reliability, we have specific requirements for your vehicle:

Fuel Efficiency:

Must have a documented consumption of

less than 5L/100km

.

Mileage:

Odometer must be below

200,000 km

.

Make/Model:

Preference for reliable brands like

Toyota or Honda

(e.g., Toyota Aygo/Vitz, Honda Amaze). Other brands (e.g., VW Polo Vivo, Suzuki Swift) will be considered if they meet the fuel and mileage criteria.

Condition:

Must be mechanically sound and well-presented.

Candidate Requirements

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in using smartphones and basic computer software for order processing.

Soft Skills:

Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with customers.

Learning Agility:

A willingness to learn the technical "ins and outs" of watch mechanics.

Documentation:

Valid Driver's License and proof of vehicle ownership (or contract with owner allowing you to use their vehicle if its not in your name) Must be a South African Reliable and Hard Working Preferably Youth

Compensation

Base Salary:

R8,000 per month.

Incentive:

Commission based on revenue generated (to be discussed during interview).

Note:

Petrol and vehicle maintenance are the responsibility of the driver; hence the requirement for a highly fuel-efficient vehicle.
