The Hydraulic Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and components across various equipment and machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic principles, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and operational efficiency. * System Maintenance and Repairs:
o Perform routine inspections and minimize breakdowns and down time by implementing preventative maintenance plans
o Diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty components, including pumps, valve banks, cylinders, and hoses.
Rebuilding hydraulic Systems and cylinders
to Manufacture and make up of Hydraulic Pipes, Cylinders etc.
o Ensure systems meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
o Attend to all Welding and Boilermaker requirements
o Minimize breakdowns and down time by implementing preventative maintenance plans * Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues in hydraulic systems.
o Analyze performance data to optimize system functionality and resolve inefficiencies. * Technical Support and Training:
o Provide technical guidance to team members on hydraulic systems and best practices.
o Train operators and maintenance staff on safe and efficient use of hydraulic equipment.
