EDGE Work Readiness Program
, a 6-month structured internship designed to equip young professionals with the skills, experience, and confidence to thrive in business development and IT consulting. The program combines3 months of training
with3 months of hands-on work experience
, providing mentorship and real-world exposure.Roles You'll Be Exposed To:
Business Development Marketing & Social Media Project Coordination Business Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Attend all training sessions and workshops Participate actively in group activities Complete assignments and assessments on time Demonstrate professionalism and strong work ethic Communicate effectively with mentors, peers, and clients Learn and apply Mlima's sales strategies and business processes Take initiative and show enthusiasm for learning
Requirements:
Matric certificate or higher qualification Based in Cape Town (hybrid availability) Laptop and reliable WiFi access Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Energetic, positive, and eager to learn
