Duties & Responsibilities
Ordering of correct quantities of Ingredients from Dry Stores.
Ensure the correct ingredients have been issued by dry stores, according to Pick slip before mixing.
Control the process of mixing yoghurt Follow the correct sequence of mixing ingredients.
Participate in accurate stock taking of dry ingredients
Monitor Dry Ingredient losses.
Adhere to FSSC 22000 Food Safety system.
Comply with all SHER requirements.
Be part of Continuous Improvement process.
Sampling: Take Micro and Chemistry samples to the Laboratory.
Participate in internal and external audits: FSSC 22000, Agri, and NOSA, GMP
Monitor ingredient losses.
Ensure neat housekeeping of the mixing and processing areas at all times.
Be multi-skilled in ability to receive good quality of raw milk.
