Mining Technical Services Manager
Job Description
A Mining house based in the Northern Cape is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager
Duties:
Provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership to optimise the performance of all Technical Services functions
Ensures effective management of geology, exploration, mine planning, survey, rock engineering, functions, and the end-to-end value chain
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Geology, or a related field, with a postgraduate qualification in management (MDP/MBA) being advantageous
Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in the mining industry, including significant time in technical services and mine planning roles
At least 4-5 years in a senior management role
Experience in both open-pit and underground mining operations
