Job Description
Job Purpose:
Ikwezi Mining invites applications for a 2-year Mine Surveying internship at our Newcastle operations.
The successful candidate will assist in conducting accurate surveys for mine planning, development, and
operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily underground and surface surveying activities. Support the preparation of mine plans, layouts, and maps. Participate in spatial data collection and analysis. Ensure compliance with survey standards and safety procedures.
Key Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mine Surveying Good understanding of survey principles, equipment, and software Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team Willingness to learn and grow within the company
