Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for the Mine Overseer to be based in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Legally appointed under 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 of the Mine Health and Safety Act
- Lead and manage mining operations to ensure safe and efficient ground breaking
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ore
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing mining best practices
- Collaborate with logistics to optimise performance in both development and stoping areas
- Grade 12
- Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency
- Valid Blasting Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Shift Boss in a metalliferous Mine
- Salary: R1,6m - R1,8m CTC
