Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Mine Overseer to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute short- and long-term production objectives.
- Manage and control the operational financial budget.
- Supervise teams to ensure compliance with mining legislation and company procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor mining activities to meet quality and safety standards.
- Review reports, evaluate completed work, and apply disciplinary measures when required.
- Grade 12
- Mine Overseer's Certificate of Competency
- 5 years Production Supervisor experience
- Competent B Skills Programme
- Salary: R1,4m - R1,6m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
