Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure zero harm and emergency readiness.
- Drive production performance in line with business targets and continuous improvement goals.
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Manage equipment maintenance, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Grade 12
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
- Blasting Certificate for scheduled mines
- 8 years mining production experience in an underground mining environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: R3.2m - R4m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
