Requirements:
- Millwright Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Professional proficiency in Afrikaans (read, write, speak).
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and system analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Clear communication, proactive mindset, and a team-first attitude.
- Professional level of English (advantage).
- Keep production lines running smoothly by diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues.
- Analyse mechanical systems and spot bottlenecks before they cause downtime.
- Implement upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency.
- Work alongside design, automation, and maintenance teams on technical projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and improvement recommendations.
- Always ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Hands-on Millwright with sharp problem-solving skills, who thrives in industrial environments and enjoys optimising machines and systems.
