Job Responsibilities

Do fault analysis and problem solving in many different fields of expertise, depending on complexity together with Maintenance Manager / team and as assigned by Maintenance Manager. Take responsibility for workshop, services room and its technical equipment for compressed air and cooling water, technical infrastructure (building, water and air supplies). Identify, immediately report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned equipment. Recognize and report problems to Maintenance Manager on other than the assigned equipment. Rectify any defective equipment or tooling as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Develop maintenance plans and check lists on assigned equipment together with Maintenance Manager / team. Ensure general maintenance on equipment (oil and grease) as agreed with responsible person. Ensure that machinery and equipment is maintained and conduct minor maintenance and repairs. Building of racks, stands, dividers, etc. using wood, steel, concrete and other building materials. Factory installations (e.g. pipe work, electrical cabling together with electrician, machine installation. Log jobs performed. Contact external suppliers as agreed with Maintenance Manager to assist in solving problems (quotes on service, spare parts, etc.). Report tools needed to Maintenance Manager.
What you need to succeed:

Minimum N3 in millwright trade theory and trade tested. 5 years' experience post trade test. Technical aptitude and analytical thinking abilities. Problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.
