Job Summary
We are assisting a leading company in the timber manufacturing sector in seeking a skilled Millwright to join their dynamic maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a trade-tested professional with a passion for mechanical and electrical systems to play a key role in ensuring optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical plant equipment. * Creo & CCA plant & cross -cut saws maintenance
Diagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Maintain and improve machinery reliability in a high-production environment.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to support operational efficiency.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Millwright Trade Test Certificate (essential).
At least 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work shifts and respond to breakdowns as needed.
