Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational efficiency of the hammer mill production process.
• Oversee the storage of lucerne and implement risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with third-party storage suppliers, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to optimize production efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Basic Qualification: Operational or agricultural tertiary qualification.
• Strong operational background with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proficient understanding and experience in working with lucerne as a commodity.
• In-depth knowledge of risks associated with the agri-environment, specifically related to lucerne.
• Ability to effectively manage a local team and drive productivity.
