We have a compelling hybrid opportunity for an experienced and skilled results-driven Mid-Weight SEO Specialist to join the bright team at a full-service digital marketing agency based in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs.
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will take ownership of optimising websites for organic growth. From technical improvements to keyword strategy and content optimisation, you'll ensure SEO best practices are driving traffic and improving search visibility across multiple brands or clients.

This hybrid role will see you 3 days in office and 2 days home. Must be Cape Town-based.
Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimise content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with dev teams
• Track and report on performance KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with content and web teams to drive SEO initiatives
• Keep pace with algorithm changes, tools, and SEO innovations.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have/be:

• Industry relevant qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
• Must have agency experience
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming
• Frog)
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with ClickUp and the GSuite is a plus.
