  • Refine and drive the company's brand strategy to position the business as the premium choice for tiles and slab surfaces.
  • Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies (digital, traditional, in-store).
  • Use market research and data to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and audience targeting.
Brand Development
  • Manage and evolve the corporate identity and brand architecture.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and analyse brand and product campaigns aimed at trade and consumer audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and showroom teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Own the bi-annual Clearance Sale marketing strategy - from creative direction to performance tracking.
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Manage the execution of paid media campaigns in partnership with an external digital agency.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for digital performance and showroom traffic.
Team & Agency Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small in-house team (designer and marketing coordinator).
  • Manage external agencies across creative, advertising, digital, and communications functions where required.
  • Develop clear briefs and ensure on-time, on-brand execution.
Budget & Analytics
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategy where necessary based on performance.
RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role.
  • Experience in retail, interiors, or design-oriented sectors or high-consideration purchase environment (e.g. interiors, retail, architecture, or property) will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading brand repositioning, multichannel campaigns, and digital strategy.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Social Pilot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager experience
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams experience
  • Google Business Suite (incl. Google Analytics) experience
  • Practical, strong EQ
  • Strategic and adaptable: You understand the big picture but are hands-on enough to navigate the daily complexities of working in a legacy business with evolving systems and structures.
  • Patient yet persistent: You have the resilience to see projects through despite internal challenges and the tenacity to move initiatives forward with care and consistency.

  • Experience-driven: You have a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing.
