• Design and produce innovative content, including website graphics, social media visuals, digital advertising and merchandising ideas that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and messaging across all digital platforms
• Utilise a strong understanding of current design, fashion and technology trends to create visually appealing and cutting-edge designs
• Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard of quality
• Provide creative input and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of the overall strategy
• Continuously seek to improve design skills and knowledge of digital design tools, techniques, and best practices through research, training and experimentation

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media or a related field
• A minimum of four years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on digital media and familiarity with Web3 concepts
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools such as Figma
• A keen understanding of how to build a brand's visual language and expand it into various touch points in a consistent manner
• Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, SaaS marketing and AI tools is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• This role is fully remote
