It's for the designer who thrives in creating from a blank canvas, takes initiative, and builds structure where none exists.
You will be responsible for shaping, defining, and implementing the visual identity across every customer touchpoint. You will operate at the intersection of brand strategy, digital design, UX/UI thinking, multimedia, and AI-led workflow innovation.
Unlike typical design roles, this position requires someone who views design not only as a creative craft but someone passionate about efficiency, scale, and design systems. You won't just deliver assets; you'll build the processes, tools, and frameworks that enable design excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Execution (50%)
Marketing Campaigns
Create high-converting visual assets for global marketing initiatives, including digital ads, social content, display banners, landing pages, email templates, e-books, reports, and paid media creatives etc.
Visual Identity Development
Take ownership of the brand system--evolving guidelines, expanding component libraries, and introducing standards for motion, styling and cross-channel visual consistency.
Multimedia Creation
Ability to produce lightweight motion graphics, short-form explainer videos, social animations, and internal/external presentation decks.
Data Visualisation
Translate complex product and business data into clear, digestible charts, graphs, and infographics for marketing, sales, and leadership communication.
2. Operational Efficiency & Process Building (30%)
Design Systems & Libraries
Build and maintain a scalable, component-based design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and accelerating production timelines.
AI Adoption & Workflow Automation
Actively research, test, and integrate AI tools into the creative workflow, leveraging AI for ideation, asset resizing, visual exploration, video scripting, prototyping, and more.
Asset Management Infrastructure
Implement and manage a knowledge base that provides cross-functional teams with easy access to approved design assets.
Process & Collaboration Frameworks
Define a clear design intake structure (forms, prioritisation rules, feedback loops) for teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and HR.
3.Cross-Functional Support & Documentation (20%)
Sales Enablement
Design compelling sales collateral--case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers, diagrams, and supporting documentation--to enhance storytelling and deal velocity.
Customer Success
Produce user-friendly adoption guides, product update visuals, in-app communication assets, and customer training materials.
Marketing
Apply best practices to marketing assets, web landing pages, internal documentation, and customer journeys to improve usability and conversions.

Organic Lead Generation: Improving conversion rates on design-led assets (e-books, whitepapers, landing pages).
Web Traffic & CTRs: Enhancing design quality and effectiveness across web assets.
Social & Ad Engagement: Increasing engagement and click-through on creative assets across paid and organic channels.
Operational Efficiency
Creative Velocity: Reducing turnaround time from brief to delivery (e.g., improving speed by 25% through systemisation and AI adoption).
Brand Consistency: Ensuring 95%+ compliance across all externally facing materials.
Process Adoption: Driving cross-functional usage of your design request system and knowledge base
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or digital design--ideally in B2B, SaaS, tech, and scale-up environments.
A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating work across brand, digital marketing assets, UX/UI thinking, and multimedia.
Expert proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping).
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus.
Comfort operating in Strapi or similar headless CMS environments
Experience working with AI tools (Descript, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to accelerate creative workflow.
Ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-moving environment.
Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
