What we are looking for: A passionate and inspiring mid-weight Designer / Art Director.

What you will do:

• Develop research processes and detailed mood boards
• Collect varieties of references in order to identify principles that are relevant to their creative project
• Brainstorm with the team and work independently to develop new and creative ideas
• Articulate their creative ideas and map out their methods of execution
• Engage with clients and present ideas
• Ability to come up with concept-driven creativity and not just making things pretty
• Work within the boundaries of brand guidelines, but also knows how to challenge them when appropriate
• Learn new techniques or methods on the job, as well as sharing your knowledge with team members
• Set up work for print with an understanding of how to make files print ready for specific printing techniques

• Motivated to make impactful creative work that makes a difference in the world
• Excellent understanding of design principles: colour, composition, balance, typography and grids
• Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite software
• Experience using digital design software, specifically Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch
• 3D skills or knowledge (a bonus, not requirement)
• An understanding of how to use web development tools such a Webflow/Wordpress/Wix/Mailchimp (a bonus, not a requirement)
• Experience with motion design software using Adobe After Effects or any 3d software (varying levels of experience is fine)
• A reliable team member who can deliver on deadlines
