We have a super fresh opportunity for a mid-senior Designer with Motion Graphics skills at a leading health fast food chain's head office in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs.

We are looking for a talented Designer to join this exciting, funky brand's small studio team to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including in-store collateral.

The successful candidate should have been exposed to Motion Graphics Designer as well as having a strong portfolio of sample projects with good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and developing visual assets for advertising promotion, online, instore collateral, social media
• Generate enticing, memorable designs that align with the brand identity and that appeals to the target demographics through print and digital media
• Manage brand integrity through social media development and integration
• Visual design and implementation for marketing campaigns
• Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
• Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
• Adapting and optimising motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions
• A meticulous eye for detail and ability to problem solve
• Work closely and effectively with various teams in order to create collateral
• Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table
• Study briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• 2-3 years' experience as a Designer
• Proven graphic designing experience
• Proven experience with design implementation tools/software.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
• A strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Energy, be resourceful and structured.

• Love working with a team.
