Job Summary Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Workplace Designer to join their team and develop cohesive design plans, concepts & drawings. Someone that has a strong sense of commercial workplace design fundamentals & can conceptualise a creative design that meets the requirements of different commercial workplace Clients. Responsibilities(not limited to): Providing professional space planning, design conceptualisation, consultation & providing solutions to design problems, and generating design alternatives. Prepare project specifications for quotation, including design concept, material selection, and space planning. Initiate research activities in accordance with project requirements. Collaborate with architects and interior designers to bring innovative concepts to life. Understand the needs and expectations of the client and deliver designs accordingly. Effectively set and manage design budgets. Manage the operational team throughout the design and construction phases. Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in interior design or related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience as a workplace designer. Excellent creative eye for design and colors. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency in REVIT (Enscape would be advantageous).
