Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages: Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Python, Golang, Erlang, C/C++, Rust, or any other modern language.
• Golang expertise is highly desirable for this role.
• Docker experience is essential for containerizing and deploying applications.
• Strong understanding of backend technologies, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with familiarity in NoSQL databases as a plus.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
• Android app development experience would be advantageous
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and communication skills.

Ideal qualifications for this role include:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Relevant Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Docker Certified Associate, or similar cloud certifications) can demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional growth.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) can highlight familiarity with modern development practices.
