Role: Mid Integrated Designer

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

You thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment, with a passion for developing high-quality design solutions. You enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion, focusing on producing engaging design for print and digital materials, primarily in B2B communications, including PowerPoint presentations and marketing campaigns.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:

As an Integrated Designer, you'll join a newly formed, multi-skilled creative and design team. You'll work closely with creative leads, designers, and colleagues to conceptualize and deliver innovative visual solutions that effectively communicate client messages. Your role will involve engaging deeply with layout and typography to bring design briefs to life, making it ideal for someone with abundant energy and a can-do attitude who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Experience taking, questioning, and understanding briefs to visually communicate marketing messages effectively. Skilled in producing presentations and digital documents, with a drive to continually develop design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite--Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign--and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Strong team player mindset with a client-centric focus, fostering effective working relationships. Ability to conceptualise unique visual solutions tailored to client needs, collaborating with the wider team. Conscientious and trustworthy, taking responsibility for your work and managing workloads efficiently.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

Experience in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations, including default style and master creation. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an eye for crafting imagery and copy into compelling presentations and collateral. Ability to implement original graphic design solutions with attention to detail, managing client deliveries and project timelines effectively. Enthusiastic about collaborating in a creative environment to deliver standout results.
