Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities for The CRM Team products and services (Microsoft).
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead generation and new business acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions to clients
Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand business opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth.
Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and new releases.
Provide regular reporting and updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Update and maintain internal CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Qualifications:
Grade 12/ matric (Essential)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Consultative Selling, Ability to uncover client pain points and align Dynamics 365 capabilities to solve them. This includes tailoring demos and proposals to specific industries or business models.
Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services.
Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
