Job Description
Xiquel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior D365 CRM Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing primarily on the Sales and Service modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions that drive efficiency and enhance client experience within the banking sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
(Sales & Service modules).Build and deploy custom plugins, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and end-users to interpret requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations using
SSIS
and other ETL tools.Create and manage reports and dashboards using
SSRS
and Power Platform tools.Implement and support automation processes using
Power Automate (Flow)
.Write efficient SQL queries and manage CRM-related data operations.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with banking sector standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where required
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related issues.
Qualifications and education requirements
University degree in software development area
Proven experience as a
D365 CRM Developer
(minimum 5+ years).Strong knowledge of
Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules
