Main Job Function:

Will focus on supporting the sales team by showcasing the capabilities and value of Dynamics 365



solutions to potential clients.



This role involves understanding client's needs, delivering tailored products demonstrations, addressing technical questions and helping clients see how Dynamic 365 can solve their business challenges.

Duties:

Understanding client requirements, mapping business processes, and identifying areas for



improvement with Dynamic 365.



Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.



Setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customers Services, Field Services, Finances, Operations) to meet client needs.



Assisting with migrating data from legacy systems to Dynamic 365.



Identifying and resolving issues related to the Dynamics 365 implementation.

Qualifications and experience required:

Maric plus relevant IT Degree/Diploma.



Dynamics 365 certification preferred.



3 - 5 year's minimum experience required as a Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Technical Consultant.



3 - 5 year's minimum experience required in the designing and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.

Technical skills required:

In-dept knowledge of one or more Dynamics 365 modules and ability to gather requirements, analyse processes, and translate them into system solutions.



Focuses on the functional and technical aspects of dynamics 365, such as configuring modules, workflows, development, integration and customization.



Experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
