As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of an internal team within our Supply Chain Management department, specifically within the Logistics and Warehouse workstream.

As part of a large team delivering Application Managed Services into a large 24/7 distribution and manufacturing environment, you will be expected to support a very large community of end users in their daily use of the product, within Service Level Agreement (SLA) boundaries. You will also be required to guide and support business stakeholders to maximize the value of the product and implementation in their environment.

Further, you will be expected to participate in all other phases of the project life cycle which includes analysis, design and documentation, modelling, testing, pre and post Go-live support.

As a Senior consultant you will work closely with Operations managers and other consultants within your team to help mature service delivery in your area.

Duties and responsibilities:

Use your expert knowledge of D365 Logistics and Warehousing to help support a highly customized implementation within the clientxe2x80x99s environment.

Build and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders and your peers.

Work closely with end users and other business stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents and agree a way forward within defined SLA boundaries.

Actively transfer gained knowledge and understanding of these business processes into your team.

Support your team by acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams.

Critically look at current business processes with a view of recommending optimizations to leadership, the client and / or implementation partner to improve efficiencies and system quality.

Critically review major incident contributors with a view of identifying process / system improvement that will result in driving call volumes down.

Help lead and execute on User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing activities.

Assist with planning deliverables and delivery timelines for specific initiatives, including Impact Assessments for changes, effort estimates and expected timelines.

Assist with writing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality including the ability to relay this information onto a developer.

Asist with maintaining the global configuration master template, and create new configuration deliverables as and when required.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 4 xe2x80x93 6 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/ Dynamics AX SCM experience

Experience in prior large scale ERP implementation

Experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders

Strong experience in working in a support environment; servicing end users withing SLA boundaries, Root Cause Analysis of incidents and over all Incident and Problem Management understanding

Demonstratable experience in designing and writing specification documents

Experience and strong working knowledge across key SCM modules and Microsoft products, in particular Logistics and Warehousing.

Use of Azure DevOps for test case scripting and execution

Understanding of the D365 Security framework - roles and best practices

Understanding the integration options and underlying technologies available, such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Data Lake, CDS, Dual Write a plus
