Job Title: Microsoft Certified Engineer - Microsoft Teams Troubleshooting Specialist Location: Africa (Onsite & Remote) Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Engineer with deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex Microsoft Teams issues. The ideal candidate will be certified in MS-740: Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and possess strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration and telephony environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced (Level 3) troubleshooting support for Microsoft Teams issues. Diagnose and resolve problems related to Teams meetings, calling, chat, presence, and federation. Troubleshoot Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and voice quality issues. Analyze call quality and performance using Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and analytics tools. Work with network, security, and Microsoft 365 teams to resolve complex service issues. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and problem management activities. Develop troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation. Support change management and service improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams administration or support. Required certification: MS-740: Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams architecture and dependencies. Proven experience troubleshooting Teams telephony, network, and collaboration issues.
