Job Title: Microsoft Certified Engineer - Microsoft Teams Administrator Location: Africa (Onsite & Remote) Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Engineer with strong expertise in administering and managing Microsoft Teams environments. The ideal candidate will be certified in MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams and have hands-on experience supporting collaboration, telephony, and communication solutions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Teams environments. Manage Teams policies, governance, security, and compliance settings. Implement and support Teams collaboration features including chat, meetings, and channels. Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and Calling Plans. Integrate Teams with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced support. Support user adoption, training, and change management initiatives. Maintain documentation and operational procedures. Required Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 or collaboration platform administration. Required certification: MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture, licensing, and governance. Experience with Teams telephony, collaboration, and enterprise communication solutions.
