Job Title: Microsoft Certified Engineer - Microsoft 365 Messaging (Exchange Online Administrator) Location: Africa (Onsite & Remote) Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a Microsoft Certified Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 messaging services. The ideal candidate will be certified in MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging and have hands-on experience administering Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient email services. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and support Exchange Online environments. Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and email security policies. Implement and maintain hybrid Exchange configurations with on-premises environments. Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and retention policies. Configure and support email security solutions including anti-spam and anti-malware. Monitor service health, troubleshoot messaging issues, and provide advanced support. Support migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Required Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 messaging administration. Required certification: MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging Strong understanding of Exchange Online architecture, licensing, and compliance features. Experience with PowerShell for Exchange administration. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and security/compliance solutions. Familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID) identity and access management. Knowledge of ITIL or enterprise service management practices. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 messaging administration.
Required certification:
MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging
Strong understanding of Exchange Online architecture, licensing, and compliance features.
Experience with PowerShell for Exchange administration.
