Aginion is seeking a

Microsoft 365 Specialist

to join our team full-time (40 hours/week). This is a fully remote position, open to candidates

based anywhere in South Africa

. Applicants must have an

Role Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, your role is to help our customers get the most out of Microsoft 365--by

setting up, structuring, and optimizing

their environments based on their specific needs. You will work closely with users to ensure Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other tools are deployed

efficiently, securely, and in line with best practices

. This is a

functional and user-focused role

, not a back-end administrator role.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with Microsoft 365 tenant onboarding and workspace structuring Design and implement Teams configurations that support collaboration and reduce clutter Set up SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive folders with clear structure, access control, and governance Migrate files and data from legacy systems to OneDrive and SharePoint, including organization and cleanup Educate users on best practices for working with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related apps Customize and configure workflows, libraries, and lists where needed (e.g., Power Automate, basic Power Apps) Act as a point of contact for functional questions and user enablement

What We're Looking For

--------------------------

Extensive experience using and configuring Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive in real-world customer environments Familiarity with user needs and organizational workflows across different industries Solid understanding of how to structure content, manage permissions, and keep environments intuitive and maintainable Experience with data migration projects, including organizing and streamlining large file sets Comfortable working with customers, training users, and creating simple documentation Basic familiarity with tools like Power Automate and Forms is a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken Well-organized and customer-oriented mindset
