- Sales and marketing skills including lead generation, pitching, and closing sales
- Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry
- Strong budget management skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Qualification in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the luxury hotel industry is a plus
- Knowledge of the City of Cape Town's MICE and Production industry is a plus
