Overview
The MES Developer will form part of a small core development team that is creating an MES Framework at Omnia. The candidate will be exposed to the latest Microsoft technologies, as well as innovations in the field of manufacturing systems.

Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 Bacahelor of Sciences Information Technology/ BSc Computer Science
###
Experience
At least 1-2-year experience in Software Development
###
Duties
Perform engineering and software development within the MES environment Perform integration with process control systems Develop interfaces to integrate with other systems Assist with the development and support of the MES framework Participate in the full software development life cycle
###
Job Competencies
High aptitude for programming and problem solving Ability to work independently. Passion to keep abreast of the latest technologies and development environments. High competence levels in at least one application programming language (preferably C#) Relation Database and Web Development programming capability preferable.
