The Team

We design, develop, and manage reward, engagement, and loyalty solutions for our clients across multiple industries. Working with them to define their core objectives, success indicators and measurements.

The Merchants Acquisition Executive willxe2x80xa6

  • Responsible for new merchants sign up and enhance relationships with existing merchants.
  • Responsible for maximizing our merchant base by acquiring and acquiring new merchants
  • Initiate business through regular market calls/visits. Create opportunities for acquiring new
customers from different potential sources
  • Create and negotiate competitive deals with the merchants
  • Verify all documentation received from merchant regarding their deal.
  • Train merchants
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure that all the merchantxe2x80x99s needs are
understood and addressed.
  • Update the existing offers with the existing merchants.
  • Act as a mediator between the merchant and the cross-functional team to pertain to the
merchantsxe2x80x99 desires and respond to their concerns.

  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Experience required.
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Sales & Marketing or 3/4 years relevant industry experience
  • Dynamic, outgoing & energetic individual.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Good analytical & research skills
  • Excellent networking & follow-up skills
  • Experience in Hospitality and related roles preferred
  • Excellent time-management & Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
