Merchandising Supervisor - KimberleyA clear understanding and working knowledge of the predetermined for mal Accounts Channel and Independent Retail and Wholesale of the FMCG environment, in which the following criteria will have to be met as well as oversee the physical execution of the respective merchandising requirements - including:Assist in managing in store maintenance - Promotional Management Goals/Promotional Displays/Gondola Ends/Pricing Strategies/Price Labels/Driving Share of Shelf etc.Motivate, Coach and Develop the merchandising field force - so as to en-sure that the merchandising team understands the relevant principals Merchandising and Marketing StandardsAssist in managing the merchandiser territory cover plans and ensure effective deployment of merchandising filed force on a daily basisAssist in managing the merchandising field force effectiveness in tradeField any trade related issues or queries at store levelSpecific promotional period P.O.S execution and displaysTimeous delivery of P.O.S to the tradeTimeous collection of promotion period P.O.SAssist in managing and maintaining effective P.O.S records within given territoriesAlso initiate own value added initiatives within the regions, and make such recommendations to managementCompany DescriptionA leading FMCG based in the Northern Cape is seeking an experienced Merchandising Supervisor
