Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

To ensure that IB McIntyre product ranges are well presented, well stocked, clean, and neat on the shelves in the store. To maintain the space and store layouts in accordance with the planograms or agreed displays in the store. To ensure that the product pricing is displayed on the shelf. To manage any stock returns, aged stock and damaged stock at the store, in accordance with IB McIntyre stock return procedure. To work in accordance with the Sales Representative's instruction and guidance. To make suggestions to improve the range presentation as well as the methods employed in the stores. To wear company uniform during working hours and uphold the name of the company and not bring it into disrepute. To participate in product promotions at store level, which could require you to work overtime and on Saturdays from time to time. Any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time.

Requirements:

Must have a valid motor vehicle driver's license Matric qualification Excellent communication skills Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. A criminal background check will be done on all candidates. Clear criminal background required.
