Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join this manufacturing team. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build solid relationships with Buyers, Factories and QA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor product briefs, costings, approvals and delivery timelines.
- Liaise effectively between Buyers, QA and Production to ensure smooth workflow.
- Negotiate pricing, monitor fabrics and manage outwork service providers.
- Ensure accuracy in specs, cost cards and system updates.
- Drive team adherence to processes and critical path deadlines.
Qualifications: Relevant Fashion Design Degree/Diploma.
Experience: 5 - 8 years' experience as a Merchandiser in Clothing Manufacturing.
Additional: o Strong merchandising, Excel and administrative skills. o Experience in factories or warehouses with proven ability to manage teams. o Team management & decision-making. o Excellent communication & relationship-building. o Strong planning, organisation and retail knowledge. o Detail-oriented and a proactive team player.
