Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to stores regarding repair queries
Liaise with stores, service providers, suppliers, agents and technicians with regards to logging of repairs
Continuous follow up on repairs up to conclusion of repair case.
Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Experience:
Previous repairs systemsexperience is essential - in Retail background.
Previous customer services work experience
1 Year Call Centre experience
Data capturing
Requirements:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Computer Application Technology (CAT) or Computer Practice as passed subject
Additional Language , would be a preference (Besides for English, Afrikaans)
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills.
Good organizational and communication skills in order too professionally assist stakeholders on all levels.
Able to handle large volumes of telephone calls.
Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
